The heater wasn't functional, possibly needing a seasonal check!!! Third-floor room despite request for a first-floor, check-in process needs improvement!!! Cleanliness seems to be a low priority, leaving much to be desired!!!

I had a rough start checking in, but the staff member at the front desk was super helpful. The room was clean and had nice amenities, but the dining area could use more seating for everyone to enjoy breakfast comfortably. I would consider coming back, but I'd check for improvements first.

Absolutely great accommodation with excellent setting near to a restaurant, and the mall. Extremely helpful and very friendly staff, reasonably spacious room for 2 queen sized beds non smoking. With a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge.

We really enjoyed our trip to the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo. My kids were thrilled to see the animals up close! The room, while basic, was a decent resting spot after a long day. The kids loved the small pool area too!
My wife says that the bathroom could definitely use a thorough cleaning to make it more family-friendly.
